Clad-Metal Wire, Ribbon, and Rod for High-Reliability Applications

A sum that's greater than its parts: Anomet metallurgically bonds two or more metals into a single wire system, with properties the individual metals can't offer on their own, at a fraction of solid precious-metal cost.

When material is most of the cost, the material system is the design decision

In demanding wire applications, material can represent as much as 90 percent of overall product cost. Cladding puts precious metal exactly where it works and an engineered core everywhere else, in one complete metallurgical bond. The composite is flexible and formable, and it won't break, flake, or blister when bent or twisted.

90%

The share of product cost that material alone can reach. That's the number cladding attacks.

One bond, formed the hard way

Anomet combines metals through heat, pressure, and reduction techniques, including co-extrusion and co-drawn rod and tube. The result is a complete metallurgical bond within one material system, engineered to your specification across an extensive range of metal and alloy compositions, forms, and layers.

What changed, and the reasoning

  1. Quote path everywhere. A persistent Request a Quote button and phone number in the header. Buyers arrive with a spec in hand, and the current site's only path is a generic contact link.
  2. What Anomet makes, in the first 3 seconds. The headline names the product and the buyer. The "sum greater than its parts" line from Anomet's own materials follows as support, where the current homepage opens with a 10-panel rotating carousel.
  3. The 90 percent cost argument leads. It's the strongest claim in Anomet's own copy, currently buried in body text, so the concept gives it the biggest number on the page.
  4. Real product photography, no stock. Every image here is Anomet's own product and process. The current About page leads with a stock boardroom photo, which works against 50 years of real credibility.
  5. Product families as structured spec pages. Each material links to a spec-level page. That's the content pattern behind Anomet's existing number one rankings for titanium clad copper and platinum anodes, applied to all eight families.
  6. Two-step quote form. Four fields creates the lead record, and step two collects prints and project detail. Fifty years of engineering credibility currently resolves to a contact page.
  7. The 50th year, claimed. 1976 to 2026. The current site says "over 40 years," which undersells the single credential no competitor can copy.
